Nobody wants to go on record as being the first to say something nice about BofA…but, I can’t help it. For months now I’ve been watching them gradually improve the responsiveness and professionalism of the Equator System for short sales support and their huge loan modification process. There was a time, about 18 months ago when we rand from any deal that involved them. Now, they’ve become the best in the business.

What motivates me to say something positive about them is that today they blew-my-socks-off. After negotiating a workout for over 8 months, the negotiator PHONED ME today with regrets. It does not look like we will win this battle for sale of a Gardena, CA home. But, SHE CALLED ME with regrets. Unbelievable. These negotiators are buried about 4 layers down in the organization and about 200 files deep at any given time. The fact that she cared enough to make that call really got me.

I’ll try to refrain from any more nice talk about any of the banks.
